I'm a 1st time online shopper at Befitting.com and am in no way obligated or paid to write this review. I first had researched on the cheapest price available for the glasses that I wanted. Befitting.com met that criteria. Now I wanted to background check on their reviews so overall customer experience was positive on Trustpilot and other sites. Sold! What I love about Befitting is that (#1) you can automatically apply your eye insurance allowance towards your purchase instead of getting it reimbursed on most other e-commerce site. (#2) I love that they had good customer care that actually tells you if the frames you'd picked were too big or small and they give you suggestion on better fitting frames but without the pressure. They want you to have the best fitting frames as possible. (#3) I thought they provided fairly quick shipping. I received my glasses within a week since I confirmed my order. Overall, I love my glasses. Fits perfect and I can see perfectly as well. Only caveat is that they take several days to respond via email probably based on their volume and possibly short staffed. However, I had a great experience with Befitting and I would purchase from them again if they keep this same level of their customer care that I had experienced or if they improved, even better. I would highly recommend getting your frames at Befitting.

Awesome company. Quick and easy process. Help is just a click away and they will go to the end of earth to accommodate you. Befitting should somehow do the exam as well and I would do the whole process with them anytime.

This was the first time ordering glasses from Befitting and I couldn’t be more happier. The process was so easy and the glasses that I ordered were fabulous. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

I made an order and called my eye care center to get my prescription but it turned out it was expired and I needed to renew. I told Befitting it would be 2 weeks before I could send my prescription in and they were totally cool with that. They even did next day shipping which was awesome! The sunglasses are great.
