Happy customer here. At first, I was skeptical of the process but everything worked out great. The customer service is great. I was in contact with a couple representatives and both were kind, courteous and helpful. I let them know I wanted new glasses similar to the ones I had and they found some similar models. They also helped with the selection of the "Hi-Index" in my case and explained why it was necessary to get this option as my vision is on the high end. Finally, my glasses came in and they were a perfect fit and fashionable. Hopefully not, but if I do need new glasses in the future, I will first check with Befitting.com.

Excellent company. I enjoyed getting updates about my purchase and even more, I loved my glasses when they arrived. The quality of these glasses is so much better then some other online companies I've ordered from before. I also felt reassured that they would be returnable for 30 days if for some reason I didn't like them. Needless to say I won't be returning them. Thank you Befitting. You rock!

Glasses were perfect right out of the box. Daughter is extremely happy with how they turned out. The turn around time was a little longer that expected but I take the blame for that because I asked a million questions via email. Customer service was awesome , they went above and beyond explaining everything so I could understand it. We will definitely order from there again

Very easy to find glasses that my insurance will accept. We were amazed that we were able to put our glasses on right from the box. No adjustments. Perfect size. Perfect quality. Great price! We were able to afford them - can't say that for other sites.

I love my new aviators. They're single vision, which are fine, but next time I'll add bifocals so that I can use them more. My other glasses are Transitions which don't darken when I'm driving.
