A GREAT PRICE, BUT 🥞 TKES TOO LONG

This place is crap. I've been waiting on my glasses for 3 weeks now. Order from somewhere else for sure. I have worn glasses my whole life and never waited like this. Will never order from this place again.

Placed an order online on 1/14 for a standard pair of glasses and got the confirmation email straight away. I sent my RX info over within minutes. Then nothing. Silence. No updates to the portal to let me know that my order was in process, nothing. So about a week later I reach out to ask for status and I get a response that "every effort is made to process and ship orders in 2 weeks or less". Well, here we are almost a month later and I still have no glasses. Every update request says that the order is in process and that they make every attempt to ship in less then 2 weeks. The frames that I have ordered in the past were good/decent- as long as you stick with a name brand. The lenses are terrible. Even with the protective coating and keeping them in a glass case when not in use, they were scratched within a few weeks of wear. Since they are mail order/online only when you need an adjustment to the lenses you are out of luck- and most retailers don't want to adjust them for you either. The glasses I was fitted for originally through my employer sponsored onsite event were far too large for my head. I was unable to wear them and bend forward as they would fall right off. Finally someone from LensCrafters took pity on me and helped me adjust the arms so they wouldn't slip off- but they looked way to wide for my face. Not sure why I bothered ordering from them again, because the last time the experience was much of the same- a long wait with little communication on the status and then randomly they were in my mailbox one day.

If you value your time. Do. Not. Order. From. Befitting. I've never had a pair of glasses take more than a week MAX to come in. I needed glasses asap my current prescription is giving me vertigo. These people have given me the run around for 2 weeks straight now. One day im told "Its on the final stage and will be shipped in 24-48 hours" 3 days later im told its gonna take and 4 days. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Will never order from here again and will steer anyone I cant away from this hellhole. Didn't think it was possible to have a bad experience ordering glasses. I was wrong. and if for some god forsaken reason you do decide to order from here dont waste money on the one day shipping. if you can wait 2 weeks+ you can wait 3weeks plus. 1day shipping is for speed. there is no speed here.

I am a sold believer in BEFITTING! The QUALITY of their glasses, the professionalism & courtesy of their CUSTOMER SERVICE and the timeliness of DELIVERY of the product is just the beginning. They have shown that the customer is always right If there is anything out of place or that you want to change. I AM 110% a customer with 3 pairs over 2 years under my belt so far. The price is comparable too!!! ❤️🥰❤️

Prepare to wait This company doesnt tell you but it takes over a month to make, authorize and ship glasses to you. If you need them in a timely manner, look elsewhere. Did edit review- they sent my glasses out next day which I appreciated. I do think the process is quite long tho, so if you need glasses soon you are better off going somewhere else. The frames I chose are really great. This place does suck. They took forever to send me my replacement glasses since the progressive lenses made me nauseous. The new pair is not adjusted right and they have some issue with this blue reflective light I see when driving at night. Im angry i wasted time and money . DONT RECOMMEND EVER.

Befitting.com has a great selection of frames to choose from, and makes it easy to see the price after your insurance/benefits are applied. The frame and lens selection process is simple to complete, and when my glasses arrived they were perfect. But, there is one area that could use improvement. You are unable to add your prescription to your profile/account. You have to order the frames and lenses first, and then you have to email in a picture of your prescription with your PD afterward. I feel that giving the ability to add your prescription information to your profile, as competitors like Zenni do, or at least enter and provide a picture during the ordering process would make things much easier. I would give them 5 stars if it weren't for this.
