I was unable to use the mattress topper for a number of different reasons. However I am extremely satisfied with BedStory for the compensation they are providing.

I ordered two mattresses from you on eBay in 2021. Unfortunately, I noticed that one of them had a dent in the hip area in 2024. I weigh less than 80 kg. Bedstory promises a 10 year warranty on the product when purchased. However, the response I received was that it has been 3 years since my order was placed and they will not do something about it. Even though I have the invoice and documents, they denied that they give a 10-year warranty on their products.Unfortunately, the matratze is now a trash.

Comfortable mattress and great customer service

Ich habe mir über amazon diesen Geltopper wg. meiner Rückenbeschwerden auf Empfehlung gekauft. Er entfaltete sich schnell, kaum Geruch. Leider stimmt der Härtegrad nicht. Viel härter als angegeben. Hab noch mehr Rückenschmerzen als vorher. Für meine 55 kg leider nicht geeignet, keine Unterstützung der Wirbelsäule. Habe 20% Preisnachlass bekommen auf meine Reklamation. Wusste nicht wie ich das Teil wieder in einen Karton bekommen sollte und habe das darum angenommen. Sehr schade das alles, nun werde ich versuchen ihn privat für n Appel und n Ei wieder loszuwerden od. zur Not zum Sperrmüll. Der Service war aber sehr freundlich. Das hilft nur dem Rücken nicht.😪

Mattress is nice. Very good customer service. Very impressed.

I purchased thru Amazon and they were pretty much worthless but I emailed Bedstory and they were responsive, they followed up. They had perfect customer service and solved my problem.

SCAM, stay away. They refused to return my mattress according to their return policy and offered me a 40% discount instead.
