Great product especially with bed sheet! Don’t have to keep heat or a/c as high. Customer service excellent too

This is a GREAT product. Being someone who wakes up frequently during the night, the BedJet regulates the temperature of the bed so even when I get hot, the BedJet keeps me cool and asleep - and prevents me from waking up my partner.

It’s easy to set up and run. I love, love it for keeping me at just the right temp while sleeping.

We lost 2 bed jets in the flood from Hurricane Helene. We were devastated! We can’t live in Florida without our Bedjets!!! I ordered 2 when I found them on sale on a morning show. So now we are comfy and sleeping great again!

I really love this product and it has been so helpful because my room gets very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. Although the product stopped working correctly within a year, customer service helped me troubleshoot and when that didn’t work they sent out a replacement immediately. So because of the product and customer, I am very happy with my purchase.

Upon ordering our Bedjet units and cloud sheet for our king bed, delivery was fast and tracking let us know exactly where our Bedjets were. When I had an issue with one of my units, Terry from customer service was friendly, understanding, and extremely quick to respond. The issue was the remote and one Bedjet constantly disconnecting. First they sent me a replacement remote, and when I informed Terry that it did not remedy this problem, a replacement Bedjet unit was shipped to me. This fixed the problem and what's even better, Terry advised me to not worry about returning the original unit, so as to not inconvenience me any moreso than I had already been inconvenienced. Amazing products, fantastic customer service! I recommend Bedjet to everyone I know!
