Such a shame to deal with this company. Needed to return an item and they were so responsive and made everything seem so easy. They guaranteed me I would get my refund and it was no problem at all. Once they received the returned item they will ghost you and you will never get a refund. Do not trust this company and do not purchase anything from them it’s not worth it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize for the experience, and can assure you this isn't the norm.
Looking into this, the issue appears to have stemmed from a combination of factors, some trouble receiving your messages on our end, and our warehouse being unable to confirm the returned package had arrived from the carrier. We're happy to share this has been resolved, and I've personally responded to your last message to confirm. Please reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns.

I’ve had my BedJet for 3 years
I’ve had my BedJet for 3 years, and honestly, I loved it… when it actually worked.
Recently it started making an awful noise that makes it impossible to sleep with. Since it’s out of warranty, I figured I’d at least try to fix it myself. Turns out the internal fan blade — made of plastic — became brittle and cracked. Because of that broken piece, the fan now rubs against and damages the surrounding plastic housing while running.
Keep in mind: this machine has spent its entire life sitting on the floor under my bed. It hasn’t been abused, dropped, or constantly moved around. The only time it’s ever been touched was to clean the filter and dust it.
So I contacted BedJet asking if I could simply purchase a replacement internal part.
Their response? They do not sell replacement internal parts, and my only option is to buy an entirely new unit.
But don’t worry — they generously offered me an “exclusive” discount code: 20% off a new unit or 35% off a refurbished one. The funny part is the discounts currently advertised publicly on their website are actually better than the “exclusive owner” discount they offered me.
For a product that costs around $500 for what is essentially a glorified bed fan, this level of customer service is ridiculous. A three-year-old machine failed because of cheap brittle plastic, and instead of supporting their existing customers with a simple replacement part, their solution is “buy another one.”
Lesson learned. Apparently I’m the idiot who spent $500 on a fan

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear about your BedJet's failure. While failures with moving parts can occur earlier than anticipated, we do cover any defects or accidental damage under our comprehensive two-year warranty.
For units outside the warranty period, we offer existing BedJet owners a discount on top of current sale prices to help with replacement options. I understand your frustration, and I apologize if the discount wasn't clearly communicated as an additional benefit and better than our new customer discounts offered on our site.
Due to the nature of the product, we don't currently offer replacement internal parts. That said, please reach out to our team directly if you'd like to discuss your situation further or if you have any other questions. We're here to help.

Poor customer service after product…
Poor customer service after product didn’t last a year. A warranty isn’t worth much if you can’t get in touch.

Something has changed with this product- do not buy
I've had a Bedjet for nearly 10 years. I just purchased my third sheet. Up until I bought the new and improved third sheet, I loved my Bedjet. Now, with the new sheet, I'm waking up all night tossing and turning because I'm super hot. I no longer feel the air moving under the sheet. My feet are no longer getting cold. Nothing has changed except for the sheet.
I just called customer service asking if the design had changed. I was told no. They said that the material (thread count) is the only thing that has changed. I explained my current experience with the product- TERRIBLE/not sleeping because I'm hot/tossing and turning all night, and they said- "Sorry- don't know what to tell you." I said, "if the design has not changed, could it be that I have a defective sheet?" I was told that it was not possible for me to have a defective sheet. (Not sure how any manufacturer could claim that they have zero defects, but this man did.)
Something has most definitely changed. If this is the new Bedjet (sheet is the main issue for me), DO NOT BUY! You will not be happy.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the experience you had and appreciate the opportunity to help make things right. What you described is not reflective of the level of service or care we aim to provide to our BedJet owners.
We’ve already been in direct contact to address your concerns and have arranged to send a replacement Cloud Sheet so we can determine whether there’s a product defect or other issue affecting performance. While the Cloud Sheet design has not changed since its original release, we never want to rule out the possibility of an isolated problem, and we’re always happy to replace an item under warranty to ensure you’re fully satisfied.
We’re also following up with our internal team to make sure your experience on the call is reviewed and used for improvement. Our goal is, and has always been, to deliver exceptional customer care and to ensure every BedJet owner is getting the experience they expect from our system.
Thank you again for allowing us to make this right — and for giving us the chance to demonstrate the level of service that truly represents BedJet.

Great profuct, bad service....
The Bedjet is a wonderful product that has given me more restful sleep. But, the problem lies within the company's support. My product said it was going to be delivered (both the bedjet and cloudsheet) and I was given a tracking number via USPS. When my package finally arrived after being delayed, it only contained the sheet. When contacting support I was told they were having an issue with the packages being split up. I was given another tracking number to my bedjet system, but this was a tracking number for UPS. The package was never "split up" but was sent via two different carrier and from two different locations. As a first time buyer and customer, this inability to know what is going on is concerning for any future problems I could incur with the product. (Needing support help for issues, etc)
Once again the product is great, but the company has definitely left me feeling uneasy.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We’re thrilled to hear that the BedJet has helped you achieve more restful sleep—that’s exactly what we hope to deliver. That said, we’re truly sorry for the confusion and concern caused by the initial order status and tracking experience.
You were absolutely right to point out the issue with the wording; the phrase “split up” was misleading. Your order was shipped from separate warehouses using different carriers, and we’ve since updated our language to better reflect that and avoid future misunderstandings. I can also confirm that our team did provide the additional tracking, and we’re currently working on resolving a technical issue in our system to ensure all tracking numbers are shared up front—regardless of how the order ships.
We take your experience seriously, and your input helps us identify where we need to improve. If you have any further questions, concerns, or suggestions on how we can do better, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly. We truly appreciate your support.

Customer Support Laughing at my Financial Situation
Terry from customer support laughed at me when I asked him where my refund was asking me if this was all of my personal money?
He did not answer my question as to where my refund was.
I have already issued a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will not sleep until the world knows how this guy treated me.
Look I might be annoying and sure that might make you guys laugh internally but regardless of whether I annoyed you or not or made a big fuss or not this guy still laughed at a customer and made me feel like shit about my personal finances.
What information is it to Terry to find out if all of my funds are tied up in this Bed Jet?
That was rude!!!
I am a customer regardless!!!!!!!!!
After I asked him to tell me what my entire refund would be he said "Ugh you're going to make me work now?"
Please listen to the call if that's possible.
I simply asked why my refund of $586.36 which only $21.40 was returned.
Is this how you guys run your company? Is this how you speak to your customer?
Really a sad interaction with you guys.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. I’m sorry the refund process felt so frustrating—our aim is always to make things clear.
During your call and in the follow‑up emails, our team explained that all four refunds were released on the same day and that each credit would appear as your bank processed it. Because the orders were separate (four total), payment‑processor rules require one refund per transaction. Most banks post those credits within one to three business days, but the exact timing is entirely up to them. When we provided this information, you indicated it was unacceptable, and the discussion became focused on challenging the timeline and information being provided by our team.
I have reviewed the call closely. The comment “You’re going to make me work now” was intended as light humor while the agent pulled up your records; the question about whether you had received “all of the money” was simply to confirm the total refund amount matched your payments. I recognize how those comments may have come across, and I’ve already coached the team to choose their words more carefully in situations like this.
In the fifteen minutes before we spoke, our system logged four emails—each opening with the accusation that we were withholding your refunds—and three call attempts. Because our agents were busy with other customers, you experienced a brief hold. When the call connected, you said you had been waiting “for hours,” even though the first call had come in only fifteen minutes earlier. Given the accusatory tone already established by the emails and the immediate tension at the start of the call, the agent’s nervous laugh and informal manner were an understandable, if imperfect, human response.
We’re genuinely sorry this interaction unfolded the way it did, and we appreciate your candid feedback—it helps us improve. If you’d like to talk further or have any lingering concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly at [email protected].

I have bought two bedjets in the last 7 years. They break down after 3 years. Not worth it.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your support and orders, and we’re sorry to hear your BedJet has failed within this timeframe.
The BedJets average life can range 5–7 years, actual lifespan can vary based on frequency of use, wear/care, and environmental conditions. As with any electrical device, some units may encounter issues sooner than expected.
Although this BedJet would be outside the initial two-year warranty, we do offer special discounts to existing owners experiencing failures outside of the warranty period. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns—we’ll be more than happy to help.
