BedjetReviews of bedjet.com

Bedjet is amazing. I had a shipping issue which was out of their control. They did everything right and assured me UPS had the package and ti be patient. However, the package got lost in transit and I never received it. Bedjet made it right. I have been a user since 2023 and I absolutely love their products. I’ve tried more expensive bed cooling technology and they pale in comparison to bedjet. It’s tried and true!!

This is great in concept, but only if your home is already temperature controlled. If you don’t have AC already, you won’t be able to cool down much. Max temp reduction for the BedJet is 10 degrees. My home got up to 88 degrees tonight and so the air could only be cooled to 78, which is not cool enough for sleeping comfortably.

The BedJet 3 is honestly one of the best things I’ve ever purchased for myself! I’ve been a hot sleeper my entire life, and getting older certainly hasn’t made it any easier. I used to sleep with three fans blowing on me every night, but since getting my BedJet, I can comfortably sleep with just my ceiling fan. I currently use it for cooling and haven’t tried the heating feature yet, but it has already made such a difference in my comfort and quality of sleep. Their customer service is also among the best I’ve ever experienced. The team is incredibly responsive, accommodating, and professional. If you’re a hot sleeper looking for a more comfortable night’s rest, I highly recommend the BedJet 3. It has been worth every penny!

Had mine 4 months, After years of night sweats, I have had No night sweats since using this product. I have the fan connected to the sheet, just next to my pillow @ 60% .. even in 30+ degrees it works a treat. Fully recommend for hot sleepers.

I remember reading a bunch of bedjet reviews before purchasing and thinking they were fake - Bots are everywhere. Maybe some were fake? No clue. My review is legit though. I don't usually leave reviews for things, but in this case its deserved. I bought the bedjet couples package - 2 bedjets + the topsheet. ① One of my bedjets kept turning off for unknown reasons in the first month of owning it. Bedjet helped troubleshoot and eventually sent me a replacement unit. It was easy. Great customer service - I sent a pic of the busted bedjet with the cord cut and they sent a replacement. ② Bedjets are great. I was skeptical initially because they cannot "cool" air like an AC, however they dont need to. I never run it on the lowest setting, its too cold (my apartment is at 20-21C). The thing is, your body is a radiant heater and blankets are insulators, and the air between you and your blanket sits there and heats up. Bedjets work at this level, they move that air along. In other words the temp under the blanket stays low (20C for me, unless i want it warmer). Im guessing without the bedjet the space between my body and blanket is about 28C, so its quite a dramatic effect. Furthermore, it feels even cooler because its a fan - theres an element of evaportive cooling as well. In terms of how it feels, its like someone fluffed the blanket while youre lying down and its gently setting onto you.

Edit: Bedjet reached out to me to resolved the issue which was to send me the cloud sheet. Since receiving it it has totally changed our experience with the product. I'd advise anyone looking into the bedjet that the cloud sheet is crucial for the air to distribute evenly. I still think the sheet should be included with the purchase of the system. It's a crucial item to not have freezing feet but overall I am happy with the solution offered and the product. We purchased the bedjet and our experience has been far from good. This is basically a $700 fan that blows cold or hot air on your feet. It's summer here and it's hot. We were excited to set this up and put the cool setting on. The problem is our feet are freezing while our bodies are hot. The air is not dispersed in the same way it is advertised. I've received multiple texts and emails after purchasing saying how important my satisfaction with the product was so I emailed them back. I explained that our feet are freezing while our bodies are not getting cooling. The solution? Buy a $200 "cloud sheet" which will evenly disperse the air. If this is a known issue why not include the sheet with the overpriced system?

Such a shame to deal with this company. Needed to return an item and they were so responsive and made everything seem so easy. They guaranteed me I would get my refund and it was no problem at all. Once they received the returned item they will ghost you and you will never get a refund. Do not trust this company and do not purchase anything from them it’s not worth it.

The product never arrived. Their Head of Customer Experience, Tim McCarthy, responded to my emails and offered to send another system to me or a full refund. Disappointed the product didnt arrive, but pleased with how it was resolved.
