Excellent warranty support I had a mechanical issue with my AquaSense 2 Ultra, and Beatbot’s customer-service team was responsive, helpful and easy to work with throughout the warranty process. They quickly arranged the return and have kept me updated regarding the replacement. Excellent service.

Our Beatbot is fantastic! Our pool has never looked so great. This rechargeable device is truly a game changer—no more fishing around for leaves with nets on long poles. The Beatbot is quiet, efficient, programmable, and connects directly to your phone. It takes so much of the work out of pool maintenance, and our pool looks great. Beatbot’s customer service is also unbeatable. They are quick to respond and extremely helpful whenever service is needed. We couldn’t be happier with both the Beatbot and the support behind it!

Beatbot sure stands behind their products !!! It worked great for almost 2 years and then something went wrong with it and they sent me a brand new upgraded version. Kudos to Beatbot. I wouldn’t by anything else !!! It kept my pool so clean that my pool service didn’t even need to ever vacuum… They have a wonderful service dept.

My robot suddenly stopped working, so I contacted Beatbot customer service. I can only say that the experience was excellent. The level of communication was top-notch, the responsiveness was excellent, and the follow-up was outstanding. They replaced my robot at no charge and facilitated an easy exchange with my old robot. 5 stars!

Purchased a BB AquaSense Pro ($1700). Could never get the App to work after many customer service calls. Tossed the unit into the pool and it worked fairly well and left it at that. 18 months later it quit working altogether. 1 1/2 hours on the phone with an overseas associate. Difficult to communicate with. Finally got the App to install. Updated the firmware. All to no avail. Still doesn’t work. They sent an email asking for a video of it floating in the pool and will ‘get back’ to me. Oh boy. I had hoped it worked better but I’m disappointed. My pool builder warned me about the product but I have mixed feelings. It did kind of work for 18 months which is a positive. But it’s too bad there’s not a way to troubleshoot remotely vs sending a broken unit back and hoping to get another one that works. I guess I’ll find out how it turns out. WishingI would’ve gone with a more dependable brand right now. I’m back to brushing and cleaning manually for the time being. $1700 would’ve bought me a lot of pool care service.

DO NOT BUY!! I have a now on my 4th aquasense pro 2 that has just died on me like my last one. Customer service will send out a replacement but you should go through 1 of these every six months. Starting to look for a replacement. Do not buy one of these, they are a huge ripoff!!

After lots of research I decided to order the Beatbot Sora70 pool cleaning robot. I liked the fact that it can do it all, the bottom, walls, waterline, steps, sun ledge and skim the surface. Also, many of the specifications of the unit were superior or equal to some of their competitors products. After the initial use I knew I had selected the right product for our pool. The pool water seems clearer and the surfaces are definitely cleaner. I am a truly happy and satisfied customer. Then to add on to the great experience with the product and company, Beatbot provided me with the ultrafine filter basket and no charge! I have used it three times now, using it only after a full cleaning cycle with the regular filter basket. It is amazing to see additional debris being captured by this great filter. Again, I believe my water is cleaner and clearer that it ever was before getting the Sora70. So before you buy a competitor’s product, you must check out the Beatbot product. With their quality products to choose from, fabulous and prompt customer service it’s a decision you will be very happpy with.

We love this product. Our Sora 70 stopped being able to take a charge. BB replaced our unit very quickly and with solid communication. It's been a pleasure working with this customer service team.
