We are so thankful for our Beatbot. As we are now retired, we didn't want to spend a lot of time cleaning our pool... we want to enjoy our pool and of course it's getting harder to do things on our own. The Beatbot has helped us greatly. We were disappointed that it did not clean the entire pool as we had hoped so we decided to return it but the customer service was amazing and so helpful in figuring out ways to make it work better that we ended up keeping it and we are so glad we did. I would recommend Beatbot. In todays world it's hard to find a company that will work with you and help us continuously solve a problem. Thank you Beatbot.

Bien pour le robot... en revanche, ce qui n'est pas annoncé, c'est qu'il y a des frais bancaires "hors Europe". Et ce n'est pas négligeable au regard du prix du robot !

I think their robot is decent and their customer service is responsive. I bought a sora 70. I noticed that there was a free cover offer that I did not receive. They said it wasn’t active when I ordered but if I put a review on Trustpilot they would send me one. That’s a little weird if you ask me and basically against the rules sooooooo….im putting this up there and haven’t received anything. They were quick on response. The robot itself is good - maybe a bit overpriced. It does a lot of great things including cleaning on a very shallow 8” deep tanning deck. I don’t think anything else out there does this. I searched for a long time. But that being said the Sora 70 is a pretty dumb robot. It bounces around like the old roomba with really not much reason. I can bet it doesn’t actually touch all surfaces on a max clean. You have to probably do a few before you’d get most of the surfaces. Their marketing is deceptive in that it says it cleans in a distinct pattern. It does not. It does pick up quite a bit. My pool is new and under a cover so I’m not exactly the best tester. If you have bubblers with the tubes that stick up it will get stuck there but otherwise it hasn’t gotten stuck on any other things. I removed the tubes and this has made it a completely error free cleaning experience. Their app is decent. It would be nice if you could get the communication device like other robots (even maybe their high end one has one) so that you can see live updates even under water. But the battery life is good and the clean is decent.

I purchase the Beatbot Aquasense cordless pool cleaner a few months ago to replace a cumbersome Nautilus Dolphin cleaner. I am very happy with the cleaning capability of floor, walls, waterline and surface. It’s a one and done. Cleaning the filter basket is an ease…. It was disheartening when I put the Beatbot in the pool one morning and it did not work. A dreaded call to the service number led to a quick over the phone diagnosis by a friendly service department and a new one is on the way. I highly recommend Beatbot!

I ordered an Aquasense 2 Ultra from Amazon, and upon delivery I quickly prepared the robot for its first use. Everything ran great. Unfortunately, when I ran the robot a second time (at night) the robot had an issue with the front camera light flickering on/off with an extremely dim intensity. I reached out to product support, and they quickly activated a replacement process that involved packing and shipping the entire robot + accessories back to their warehouse with a promise to send a replacement once the warehouse confirmed delivery. This part of the process was a bit of a letdown since the replacement robot wasn't shipped until I reached out to support almost a week after the return was delivered. Fast forward to today, I received a replacement robot that appears brand new (and was shipped in new packaging). The camera light works as expected: no flicker with full brightness. I'm still learning all of the modes, and how frequently I'll need to use the robot, but so far it seems designed well and high quality. I am awarding 4 stars since I would expect a product at this price point to have a robust outgoing inspection to ensure initial quality control, and the delay experienced while awaiting the replacement. That said, I appreciate that I was able to get a full replacement on such a large, bulky, and heavy product.
