The product is OK, but this company is a scam! They started sending me recurring items with unauthorized charges to my credit card. When I tried to cancel and return the unused unwanted product, I discovered that they charge $15 per bag plus shipping to return it!!!!!

The gummies melted together at room temperature. I have to cut, or tear off pieces. Flavor is good.

Both have gone to our product team, clumping included. I can tell a difference when i consistently use these gummies before workouts (about an hour prior). I can work longer without muscle fatigue setting in, and (to my eyes) i get more of a “swell” during the workouts that stays with me longer and sends to stick around as weeks go by.
