Terrible sugary chalky flavor. Didn’t realize I’d signed up for a subscription and they would not refund me my money when they sent a whole new batch when I hadn’t even eaten the first batch. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Yuck and terrible customer service

I purchased four bags of Bear Balanced creatine gummies in different flavors at $42 a bag ($168 total) because of the positive reviews. Shipping took a very long time. When the order finally arrived, I opened the watermelon flavor. The taste was awful, and the texture made them extremely hard to get down. Worse, they gave me a stomach ache. I tried them a few times hoping it was a fluke, with the exact same result. My son, who takes creatine daily and is very used to supplements, tried them too and could not stand them. When I reached out to customer support, they told me I could only return the unopened packages at my own shipping expense plus a $15 restocking fee for each bag! Desperate to recoup something instead of throwing all four bags in the trash, I paid out of pocket to ship the unopened bags back. (Just under $20) Tracking confirmed they received the return weeks ago. Since then, customer service has been running me in circles—repeatedly asking for redundant verification details just to stall issuing my refund. Unlike many reputable supplement companies that offer a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee, Bear Balanced does not stand by its product. Now I completely understand why. Think twice before spending your money here. The product is expensive, tastes terrible, and the customer service is unhelpful and evasive.

Lots of spam mail they pay no attention to. Received my product and it didn't do anything. Tried to return under the money back guarantee and according to them you only are eligible if you paid full price and didn't get a subscription. I had a couple of people respond at first, both unhelpful, before they eventually stopped responding at all. Their website is regularly down. I had to challenge it on my credit card.

1) The gummies are so GOD-AWFUL that I had to psych myself up to try to force 3 down per day. I literally DREADED taking them. They are incredibly sweet and feel like pure sugar in your mouth. I was not able to finish even 1 bag. 2) Price is OUTRAGEOUS. $140+ for 3-months. They hooked me by offering 3 bags for $60, then I was blind-sided with a charge for $140. No reminder email, no nothing from them. 3) Most important, their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND THE WORST I've ever dealt with. Here is what CLAYTON said to me via email word for word when I reached out for help: "Renewals are automatic as all subscriptions are - we ask that customers be responsible for their subscriptions as you did personally set it up. In your situation, you did have 12 weeks to cancel at any time. Reminders on your part can be scheduled to prevent auto renewals - Calendar and Reminders on IPhone are great resources." Are you kidding me?? Could this be more condescending? By the way, CLAYTON, I do not have an IPhone. 4) It is their policy to NOT notify you of upcoming deliveries and charges, and I quote (also from CLAYTON) "Confirmation emails are sent for new purchases and initial activations only. To minimize inbox clutter, we do not send notifications for recurring renewals." Oh please! As if I'd rather have a $140 charge than a reminder email!! Please do not fall for the cheap start-up prices. The product tastes awful, and the integrity of the company is non-existent.

Taste is terrible! They taste overly sweet and tart, hard to get down and stomach. Cotton candy grape, haven’t tried blueberry or watermelon I ordered yet. Wish I had stuck with Create. The taste is much more pleasant.

UN BEAR ABLE!! These gummies are THE WORSE tasting supplement I’ve ever voluntarily ingested. The taste is unbearable. To add to the disgusting taste you have to ingest 5 gummies to get the minimum dosage. A friend offered these to me because she said the taste was terrible. I thought the gummies were a good option for me. After trying these blueberry gummies for a week, I knew there was no way I could tolerate the taste any longer. I looked on the website for their return policy. Their return policy tells you that they know they have a terrible product. Any company that charges the consumer to pay for returns AND charges you an additional $15 for ‘recycling’ fees, has no faith in their own product. Do not buy! There are other products out there that are clean. Buyer BEWARE!

⭐ UPDATE: TWO DEFECTIVE ORDERS, TWO REFUSALS TO HELP After sharing my first and second reviews, I want to make the situation completely clear. In my case, the watermelon gummies arrived wet, sticky, nearly flavorless, and completely different from the excellent watermelon gummies I had previously purchased. After I contacted the company and provided photos, they emailed me stating that they would neither replace the defective product nor issue a refund. My sister had a separate but similar experience. I recommended the watermelon gummies to her because I had originally enjoyed them so much. Her order also arrived without the expected flavor. When she contacted the company, she received the same negative response: no replacement and no refund. These are two separate customers, two separate orders, and two legitimate quality complaints—yet the company refused to resolve either one. A business that will not stand behind its products or take responsibility for obvious quality inconsistencies is not a business I can trust. I will continue documenting and sharing our experience through review platforms and social media—not only because we deserve our money back, but also because other customers deserve to know how this company handles complaints when its products arrive in unacceptable condition. This company still has an opportunity to do the right thing: acknowledge the quality problems and provide appropriate refunds or replacements. Until then, I cannot recommend this brand to anyone.
