Excellent customer service. Loads of coffee choice on their website. I would definately come back again and look at buying future coffee from once I've used up my coffee. New to this after replacing my pod machines with an expresso machine, aeropress and pour over, and also a coffee bean grinder so am looking forward to trying lots of different coffees.

The customer service is exemplary. They read file notes, saved me heaps of time explaining things, and acted on customer loyalty. It meant a lot - thank you!

The customer service is efficient and although we have had some reoccurring issues they have been dealt with promptly and resolved each time.

I ordered some decaf beans, the beans didn’t quite match the description on the website but after one email they quickly responded offering a new pack while they investigated. Really great customer service and I will continue to buy my beans from them knowing that any issues can be resolved so easily

Happy to have excellent quality freshly roasted coffee beans shipped to me. They have a good selection of roasters and coffee beans. Apart from the good selection of coffee beans they offer, what stood out for me the most is their customer care team. I am impressed by the customer care experience with Beanz.com. For a query that was handled over an email, and not over a phone, their response was swift and detailed. They directly addressed my concerns and were prompt and clear in their response.

Only received half my order and no reply from company after having a ticket open for over 3 weeks. Go direct to the businesses instead
