Bis jetzt war jede Bestellung frisch und schnell geliefert. Beanz bietet mir die Möglichkeit Kaffee von verschiedenen Rösterein auszuwählen. Genau richtig für jemanden wie mich, die sich schnell mal langweilt. Bestelle immer wieder gerne! :)

Super schneller und guter Support

Awful customer service. Delays in sending beans not acted upon and promo offer not applied on technicality despite spending considerable amounts on a machine and coffee. The coffee from their roasters was good so a shame their service was so poor. You're better off buying direct from the roasters.

They’ve always been reliable and love all the different beans I get from all over the UK. First time after a year, my coffee didn’t arrive I messaged and they got back to me within an hour saying they were checking in and then another few hours, a new order was placed for me and an apology. Thought it was dealt with brilliantly, thank you Nonjabulo!
