I wish I could say my experience was really good with this company. Unfortunately not! The customer service is lacking. I was not happy with my purchase and I was not even looking for a refund but a credit and they would not do anything. So be 100 percent sure you want the product because good luck if you think the company will make it right. They would rather lose a client.

Got beachwaver in may by june a clip came out of hair grip and cant be fixed asked for help to fix it customer service pathetic no help got paypal involved now only wanted it fixed im not happy

I’ve never been able to curl my own hair without frustration as I fumbled and burned my fingers or arms, until now. I am blow away at how easy it is to curl my hair now - I’m still trying to master the best way to section off my thick hair, but I’ve gotten better each time. Wasn’t sure if I wanted the 1 or 1.5 inch barrel, thankfully the sale allowed me to get both for the original cost of one because I love them both and it allows for me to create varying looks to change things up 🤗 PS: amazing customer service! The rep I chatted wit corrected my email address issue right away and re-sent me all of my confirmation and tracking info.

Beachwaver has helpful online tutorials and TIKTOKS and such fast and friendly customer service that I would give them 5 stars for customer care and education alone! The Beachwaver hair tools with temperature control and the product line does the work promised and the products smell so great too which is an extra plus. The wide tooth comb makes combing through tangles easy. I practiced a few times with my Beachwaver rotating iron and after watching the website live for tips and how-to and the online videos, my hair looks professionally done. Great Barrier Heat protection spray is a must and smells so yummy and Team Texture or Second Chance dry shampoo spray gives my hair body and holds the style. I highly recommend booking a video consultation online for your specific hair concerns. I am so glad that I did! I love love the fun holiday sale bundles too. Beachwaver is founded by Sarah Potempa and her sisters, is based in Illinois and this company is really rocking the hair care world.
