Beachwaver Co.Reviews of beachwaver.com

Clara was great- handled my situation very quickly! The company cares about customer care and satisfaction! As result we will be repeat customers! Thank you so much , Fran Moscola

Absolutely do not buy from them , product doesn’t meet expectations and refuse to take return the tactic they use is inflate the product price and pretend to be on huge sale price and tell you because it’s on a final sale they will not take it back ! Buy from a trustworthy retailer instead !!

Very quick response with customer service. They were able to help me determine if my curler was duel voltage or not.

My customer service experience was great. They canceled my order, so that I could buy it back using my coupon.

I haven’t received my Beachwaver yet but the customer service is A+! Their policies are listed very clearly and most info is found there, but I had a specific question about my shipment and they were so friendly and very prompt to respond. I expected at least a day, or a few, since I reached out on a Friday, but it was seriously less than an hour. And they provided ALL the info and then some! Couldn’t ask for better service from a company and I’m super excited for my very own Beachwaver!

Customer service is amazing and I really appreciate them!! The product is wonderful too. Great company for sure!
