So I tried contacting them when my product first stopped working and I thought because I didn’t have the order number I was at a loss. Today I tried reaching out because they have limited 1year warranty I saw on one of there ads. So I messaged and bam, who ever runs the Instagram Account business message was amazing to deal with! And I can’t wait for my replacement to arrive 😁

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My order was with me within 2 days when I ordered my original beachwaver and it’s so easy to use! After contacting them regarding an issue I had they rectified it literally within hours. Even when I messaged after 6pm on a Friday I had a response within an hour. Most companies customer service I’ve dealt with take days of emailing back & forth to rectify any issues but Beachwaver certainly bucks that trend. 100% genuine company who have been an absolute pleasure to deal with.
