Bought this for my daughter for xmas. I let her open it early cause she had a dance but we immediately saw it was way too large for her thin shorter hair. Contacted them to start the exchange, had to wait for response. In the meantime, bought another one the correct size. When they responded they informed me it was final sale. Final sale at xmas time, unlike any other reputable company I've purchased from. I will never purchase another product from them. They clearly don't stand by their products if they sell them "final sale" at xmas time. All other companies allow return till Jan, and i just needed an exchange. Now I'm stuck with an extra beachwaver, and I'll inform everybody I know to stick with the Shark cause they have a normal customer friendly return policy.

My original order was lost in transit. I reached out to the chat and they replaced my order right away.

UK purchase Original Beachwaver broke after a month or so and was replaced by uk customer services without any issues Replacement Beachwaver has broken after just over a years use. I appreciate its out of warranty now but this is an expensive product to fail with the same issue after a year. Online reviews suggest that this is a design fault. Customer services issued a somewhat terse response. A more customer friendly approach would be appreciated. Disappointing as it’s a great product but the clip needs re designing

It’s such a pleasure to buy from this company. The quality and ease of these hair curlers is really impressive, but what’s really important is the quality of service. During their big holiday sale I was too excited to get another hair curler and completely forgot to add the extra discount they sent me. After contacting the company about this issue, not even 24 hours later they refunded me the difference. That’s what I call an amazing customer service!
