I ordered something in December for a Christmas gift and unfortunately even though I input the delivery address correctly, the package was delivered to the incorrect apartment. I did have a lot of back and forth communications with both the delivery company and Beachwaver, but finally, almost two months later, they are sending me a replacement item. The Beachwaver reps were polite and quick to reply but I am a little disappointed in that it took so long to reach a resolution.

Was very easy to get the help I needed.

WARNING- This company hides the fact that if a discount 30% or more is applied you cannot return the item! The description of the curling iron and picture was miss-leading and this company bullies you on their return request. Run don't walk to any other vendor for your hair care electronics. I am stuck with my purchase which has NEVER happened to me. Here is the "Friendly" email message I received: Return Rejected for Order #3183899 Hello. Your return request has been rejected for the following reason(s): Thank you for your business and for contacting us. We strive to provide the best service possible. The Final Sale Policy applies if the item was marked "Final Sale" and thus is not returnable or exchangeable.

Be prepared to keep any beachwaver product. Their hidden message is that anything purchased at 30% off is final sale--what they don't tell you is that they consider "regular" price to be around $250, so EVERY purchase is final sale. This is bait and switch.

Don't buy from this company, they say everything is a finale sale and won't return anything. Very shady company.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased this product thinking they would stand behind their product and allow me to return if I was not satisfied with it. The product arrived, my hair would not hold the curl, therefore, I contacted the company to return it (same day of arrival). Customer Service and online attempt at return informed me if I was unsatisfied with the product, that was not an acceptable reason for return. Only if it had a defect or was damaged in route, was I allowed to return it. I asked them if they did not stand behind their product and their only response was, “ that’s our return policy.” I will never buy anything from this company again.

I purchased a Beachwaver 12/9/24 as a Christmas present and I have not received it yet ( today is 12/25)!!! This has been the WORST experience I have ever had with buying anything. I have tried to contact them which is only through email and they are unconcerned! Sounds like an automated messenger is responding. Package was at post office 1 hour from me for 4 days then shipped 9 hours away… now back at post office an hour ago for days and continues changing the estimated day of delivery. They will not cancel the order and give refund because they say it has been shipped… but still NEVER RECEIVED and doesn’t look like I will. If I could do negative stars for review I would… this has been so disappointing for my kids Christmas ( only thing she ask for was this)

Clara went above and beyond to make sure my missing order was resolved. This company has great customer service abd has earned a repeat customer.
