Love my new bike! I had surgery on my neck a few years ago, so I always had difficulty riding a bike all hunched over, and after reading many reviews, I thought a beach bike was the way to go. It has been great, because I'm sitting more straight up, and I haven't had any neck problems since I started riding it. Plus it's super cute!

I purchased a bike online and received 3 FALSE shipping confirmation emails from this company saying that my bike shipped and was delivered to my door but the bike NEVER ARRIVED! Only after calling Beachbikes was I notified that the bike was on backorder. What's worse is that Beachbikes CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ANYWAY!!!! After a few days of going back and forth the bike miraculously arrived. So Im not sure what was really the problem in the first place. A total run around but we eventually received the bike.
