I'm really impressed with the customer service and level of communication. I knew what was going on with my order every step of the way and delivery was on time as promised. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again!

This is my second bike that I’ve purchased from beach bikes. The bikes are good quality and come mostly assembled. Took me 15 min to put the bike together and that was with a bell and basket added to the bike. You cannot beat the pricing they have and it was delivered to my door in 3 days. I would recommend using beach bikes to anyone I know.

Got this for my wife to cruse around with me in a more comfortable riding position and do some leisure riding downtown and at the beach and was very pleased how nice this bike rides and looks, so much that I'm putting one on order for me! Good quality and great price point!

Still learning the bikes but assembly was fairly straightforward. Minor varience in tools required and the decals need a little hair dryer heat to get a solid bond. Overall amazing bikes that are well crafted works of art. Considering all of the options and possible future upgrades these bikes can not be beat.

I knew exactly what I wanted in my Beach cruiser! Beach bikes listened to me and then offered me ideas to improve what I wanted. I wanted to cruise the beach, streets and around town with ease, style and grace. They delivered on every aspect I was looking for and more. Beyond delivering my cruiser I was definitely pleased beyond belief in the customer service I received. I ordered my bike and it delivered on time and ready to go. I quickly ran into some trouble with my back spoke. No problem, they took care of me. They replaced the rim with a new one and ensured me that any further problems they would be glad to assist me again. That’s what I like and look for in a company when you buy their product, great customer service even after I got my bike. I would definitely recommend Beach Bikes for your bike purchase.
