we bought 2 bikes and took them to the island of Roatan, and we had a blast on them, they performed as I had hope. Easy set up, easy to ride we got a lot of great feed back from other people, we have them stored until we get back. Awesome we love them Russ

Bike arrived promptly and when promised. Packaging was perfect and assembly was a breeze! I would totally recommend this company. The shipping cost was a bit steep. I could have purchased the bike thru a third party and when the third party coupon was used it would have been less expensive but my son had just recently purchased also and his experience was excellent dealing directly with Beach Bikes.

I bought a 24” beach cruiser and I LOVE IT! The beach bikes company is fantastic. My bike was shipped to me in 3-5 business days as promised. My bike is perfect for me, easy to ride and handle. Very comfortable. LOVE IT!

I really like the bike and was able to assemble with the help of their Youtube videos. There was a slight tear in one of the grips and I have already received a replacement with a video on how to replace the damaged one with the new one.

Worst customer service! My bike arrived on a Friday. I started putting it together, but had some trouble finding the right videos to work with it. I called within business hours for PST and emailed as well. I didn't get a response until Monday. Over the weekend, we also determined that the tube that came with my bike had a huge hole in it, so I had to go buy a new tube to be able to ride it. The brakes still wouldn't get aligned after 4 hours of trying to adjust. The chain kept sticking, and the bike ended up being unrideable. On Monday, I finally heard back from someone. After telling my whole story, I was assured I would get a call from a mechanic that day as soon as they got in. I told them I would be sure to leave work and go home to be there with the bike when they called. No call came. EVER! I emailed back with my disappointment and asked for help again. Nothing. No email, no call, NOTHING!!! I had to take my bike to a local bike shop for them to fix it. It's been 2 weeks now since I received my bike, and I hope to finally ride it this weekend. It was not a cheap bike, and I even paid for the lifetime warranty. All seems to be a waste. With the amount of money I spent on the bike, shipping, the warranty, the new tube and now the tune up at the bike shop, I could have just bought one locally for the same price. Huge disappointment.
