Love my new bike, it arrived early without any damage. Was missing a couple of the screws on the fender on back.. It would be nice if they would include the size of the front and rear axle bolt for those of us who wish to purchase locking nuts. Other then that a great bike can’t wait to take it out.

I had an unpleasant experience with BeachBikes. When I initially ordered my bikes (one men's and one woman's), I was excited. The bikes come in different colors and the endless accessories were appealing. I was immediately charged for both bikes, however, I only received the one men's bike. This bike came with extremely wobbly wheels. BB said to have them adjusted and they would pay for it. When I inquired about only getting ONE bike (which proved to be difficult through email and phone conversations), I was told the women's bike was out of stock. I was upset because I had already been charged and my wife and I had an event we really wanted to participate in with our new bikes. After a month (supposed to be 3-5 business day shipping), I received the second bike, only to be surprised that is was a MEN'S bike! I finally found the right number to call (store location 310.320.4800) and talked to the manager at Beachbikes. He put me in touch with the right person to get my bike expedited. I've just received my wife's bike and need to return the second men's bike. Very frustrating experience, but I CAN say that BB was accommodating by reimbursing my shipping cost and gifting us a new bike bell. The overall quality of the bikes seems sturdy enough. The bright Orange that we chose is cool. I’d recommend BB, but make sure you confirm your order!

This was an awesome experience from designing the bike, to assembling it, to taking my first cruise on it. Great job Beachbikes!

Being 6'4 it is not easy to find a cruiser bike that fits, especially not in Europe, it is already hard to find a decent cruiser, let alone one for tall people. So, when i stumbled across Beachbikes on google, i was glad to see that they had a couple bikes that would fit me. However, Beachbikes is in California, i'm in Belgium, Europe... The shipping costs would be 796$, and along with import taxes and the purchase of the bike itself, a 265$ bike would cost me about 1300$ . When i mailed beachbikes to tell them that i could not purchase the bike because of those costs, the next day i received a mail from a very nice staffmember, who told me she understood that i could not do that, but that she had looked online to find a cheaper solution and that i had to check Bikeflights.com, they could ship the bike for under 200$ (strange, because they also use FedEx as carrier). So, i checked the link, had to mail a couple times for exact measurements and so on. In the end, BeachBikes.net managed get that bike here in Belgium for a total of about 560$, import fees and transport included. Even better, the bike arrived in almost perfect condition (the front wheel was a little bit buckled, but nothing that cant be fixed, the box must have had a minor blow during transportation). So, my conclusion : quality of the bike is very nice, it was nicely packed, the helpfullness of the staff was amazing so Beachbikes.net is getting a five star review from me, along with my eternal gratitude :)

Bike is beautiful and it came on time!

Awsome company in all aspects. Product, service, friendly, just great.

I love the bike only problem i had were the stickers on the bike werent straight and they were poorly applied it would be awesome to get another set if possible lol

Wife and I ordered 2 bikes and we were very happy with the whole interaction and quality of the bikes. I’m 6’3 245lbs and bought the Chief in Matt black. I was concerned if the bike would fit me and after adjusting the seat and handlebars I must say this bike is awesome. The single speed is geared perfectly and a joy to ride. Takes me back when I was a kid and I look forward to every ride we take. For the money these bikes are worth every penny spent plus some. I would recommend beach bikes to anyone!
