Being older, nothing about the transition to using an eSIM comes naturally to me. That has requred me to rely on Bcengi's tech support team more than would usually be the case. I have found them to be extremely responsive and patient throughout multiple encounters. They are simply an excellent service, one that I highly recommend.

Travelled to Europe and Asia this year for about 6 weeks. Previously used sims that were limited to one geographic region and were only valid for a set number of days. Bcengi was a much better solution. One install per phone and it worked in Turkey, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Montenegro, The Netherlands, Malta and Singapore. No connection issues ever and it works out much cheaper. Looking forward to using them again for future trips.

Prompt replies to all messages. Even prompt follow up when I didn’t respond soon enough. I was offered 2 options to resolve my issue, and response to my choice was immediate. Super, super service!!!

their customer service was brilliant. didn't know how to transfer their esim to new phone. got on to their chat bot expecting the usual death loop of nonsense and dead ends. gladly not, connected to a real person who sorted it within seconds.
