I would have given a five star review, but I had to hunt down my delivery date by making a phone call to customer service after ordering a grill that was said to be in stock. The upside to my effort was how wonderfully professional the customer service rep was in taking care of tracking down my order and getting it sent on its way. Still a good experience and a great product, so I would definitely recommend BBQsGrills.com.

Hi Mark, Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're glad to hear that our customer service team provided professional and helpful support in tracking down your order. We appreciate your patience and your recommendation! Just a quick note—we believe you meant to refer to BBQsGrills.com (with an "S") rather than BBQGrills.com. Your order number matches our system, and we want to make sure your feedback is reflected in the right place. We truly appreciate your business and hope you enjoy your new grill for many seasons to come! 🔥🍖 Best, The BBQsGrills.com Team

I ordered parts for my Napoleon grill. I took over two months to get them. By mistake I ordered the wrong part, and then, you did not want to exchange the part, instead you suggested I drill holes in it. Stainless Steel! Not easy to drill holes in STEEL. To sum it up: You guys took forever to deliver and once you did, you failed at customer service.
Response from BBQSGRILLS.comJan 29, 2025
Hi Alfonso, We sincerely apologize for the delay in delivering your parts and for any frustration caused during the exchange process. We understand that waiting over two months for your order was far from ideal, and we regret that our suggested solution did not meet your expectations. While we always aim to provide the best possible support, we recognize that in this case, we could have handled your request better. Your feedback is valuable, and we will review our processes to improve both delivery timelines and exchange options for our customers. If there’s anything we can do to make this right, please reach out to our support team—we’d love the opportunity to assist you. Best, The BBQsGrills.com Team

Very poor customer service, it doesn’t exist. Buy somewhere else.

It seems like there was a misunderstanding regarding your review on TrustPilot. You left a review for BBQsGRILLs.com, but the order number you mentioned (starting with "BBQ-") actually corresponds to a different business, BBQGRILLs.com. This mix-up likely caused confusion and led to your review being incorrectly associated with BBQsGRILLs.com. Our order number start with BG-US#.

Your customer service team is extremely slow to respond. Took me multiple emails on a number of occasions to get a response. Your ETAs on backordered product are very misleading. I got two different etas and ultimately canceled my order due to poor customer service and bad ETAs and bought my grill elsewhere which was delivered in less that a week.
Response from BBQSGRILLS.comJan 29, 2025
Hi Scott, We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced with our customer service and ETA communication. We understand how important clear and accurate updates are, especially when waiting on a backordered product. We regret that our response times and conflicting ETAs led to your decision to cancel your order. This is not the experience we strive to provide, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve both our customer support responsiveness and inventory communication. While we’re sorry we missed the opportunity to serve you this time, we do appreciate your feedback and will work to ensure a better experience for all our customers moving forward. Best, The BBQsGrills.com Team
