6 weeks to get a bbq knob and had to cancel the balance of the order consisting of aluminum throw away grease pans to get the knob.

Love the grill and got a great price on it at the time. My only complaint was it taking 3 weeks to ship out. Website said grill was in stock at the time. Other than that everything has been great.

I ordered a grill (CalFlame) from them on 26 May. Had not heard anything from them for over 10 days. Finally reached someone who indicated it would “arrive maybe by the end of June” (this was on June 4th). Told them I was incredibly dissatisfied and wanted a refund, which they said would arrive in “24-48” hours. Still no refund 2 full weeks later. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. For all I know, the company is just a giant fraud. Steer clear….
