Price was very attractive, when you include the 10% discount for signing up with you email. Shipping time was horrendous, even after confirming via email it was in stock. Customer service was responsive at first, but never offered any feedback on why the shipment was delayed for something that was "in stock." Truth is, they don't have "stock" on hand. After you order, they order from the manufacturer or distributor, and ship to you. They are the middle-man. My order was not placed with the manufacturer until 10 days AFTER I placed my order with BBQ Grills.com. I know this because it was on the packing slip when mu grill finally arrived. Then it took a month to get it to ship. It's not a scam, just a very poorly run business.

Slow delivery and griddle never came with order

I live on the East Coast, and my package was sent to Tacoma, Washington. I’ve spoken with customer service at spot X twice today, I suggested to their customer service person to send a replacement, and I would return the other when I received it and the customer service representative said he would have to speak with her shipping department first. I’m still waiting for a reply.

Big problem is that this is a Canadian company, so if you EVER order anything that needs to be returned, you probably will lose your money due to the outrangous cost of shipping into Canada. BBQGrills DID give me good pricing and service that I appreciate. But they shipped me a part from a US warehouse. I made the error and had to return the part, and order a new part number. They required me to return the part to their Canadian warehouse an the UPS coast to get the part back exceeded the $50 part cost. GREAT company with good service and pricing IF you are 100% sure that your order will not need to be returned ...

It took you over 2 months to send the item. I was not updated as to an approximate date. I had to call several times for updates. Your answer was the manufacturer had a back order. I would of been able to purchase from a different supplier, but since I had already made the purchase online , I didn’t want to go through the hassle since I was wasn’t getting updates, I couldn’t imagine what the return process would be.

It’s ok when it’s time to buy. Trying to get a refund is a bad experience...Need to talk to someone and wait an hour on phone. After waiting 3 weeks for refund, I had to recall them and send proof of shipping. Restocking fee of 35% is abusive.

This company has all you need when it comes to ordering and spending your money on good bbq equipment. That's about it. After you order you have ZERO customer service. My wife ordered the wrong bbq stand and all we wanted to do is return it. Their return policy is still from the late 80s. Restocking fees? Restocking fees have been pretty much a thing of the past in the USA. Ok so I agreed I'll pay 35% in restocking fees and two weeks later they have not "approved " my rma. This company would actually get a 4 star but with the lack of customer service, we all know CS is everything in a business they get 2 stars..look into the other site which my wife thought she was in..bbqgrills.com bbq without the S.

I really tried to refrain from leaving a less than positive review but I feel it is necessary to share my experience. I ordered a few hundred dollars worth of items. When I ordered the website stated shipping information within 24 to 48 hours I am at 2 weeks now and out of 5 items I have an estimated delivery date for 1 item . I have been told on 3 different occasions that it would either be delivered by a certain day or would be shipped by a certain day each time it does not happen. I understand these are strange times but your word is your word.
