I purchased a grill that based on the marketing looked like it had the sear on one side and a griddle on the other. The one I received had the sear and an ice bucket. Why would you put an ice bucket next to a 500 degree grill? BBQGuys offered an apology and offered to send me a griddle. That was a year ago. They keep making excuses but I haven't received the griddle. I have since found that it's best to order from Napoleon directly.

I spoke with Mike Dodd, one of the salesmen for the BBQGuys. He was not only professional but extremely patient, helpful, patient, and above all, honest. He listened to what I had to say and provided appropriate answers. He alone was instrumental in my purchasing the Napoleon Prestige 500 Natural Gas Grill with Infrared Rear Burner and Infrared Side Burner and Rotisserie Kit - P500RSIBNSS-3. I had a probem with my order and contacted customer service to discuss a resolution. I was expecting the routine run around and insufficient compensation but was very pleasantly surprised. I have never had had such good customer service as I received from BBQ Guys. I highly recommend that any product ypu want to buy, you need to buy from BBQ Guys. The safety of having great customer service in case you run into any issues makes the possibily slightly higher cost well worth it. They have my business permanently.

I found the camp grill I wanted on here for $50 less than the other companies near me!! Shipping was super fast and everything arrived perfectly.

ordered and received a grill and lidn was suppose to be sentgrill came with no lid.said it was on backorder and would be shipped as soon as it came in.i still have not received it and that was tgree months ago
