BbbgemReviews of bbbgem.com

WARNING: THEY ARE SCAMMERS. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I bought an engagement ring for my fiancé. When I bought it, it came with a Charles and Colvard warranty card since that’s apparently who made the stone. Within a year the stone chipped (moissanite) and BBBGem wouldn’t replace anything. We contacted Charles and Colvard and we sent the stone into them and they said that the stone wasn’t even one of theirs and that BBBGem is not even an authorized retailer of their stones. So I wasted over $1,000 on a fake ring, not to mention having to pay to get a new REAL stone from another store, and now, BBBGem has completely ghosted me via email AND their phone number doesn’t work. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS. Avoid the stress and heartache and give your money to a real store that cares.

I purchased an opal bridal set from them. The set was $1700. I additionally purched rush shipping for $50, and rush order building for $130. With rush order it states your ring will be finished in 7-10 days. I recieved the ring 1 month after ordering. The ring was gorgeous when I received it, and the shipping was very fast. I would only suggest not purchasing the rush order, just order the ring in plenty of advanced time and be prepared to wait.

The ring was sent in a timely manner and the quality was superb. The jeweler sent me messages at each interval to keep me clued into the process as well, which I really appreciated!

I paid for rush service and shipping so I can get the ring before leaving the country to propose and it did not get delivered on time. Then a few months after we got the ring the band snapped and lost a stone. I reached out to see what could be done and they said they can’t do anything. It’s a shame to spend all that money and get a poor quality ring with zero support or customer service.

The quality of the piece was what the website advertised.
