This is a legitimate company. We ordered a handmade ring that took 3 weeks to arrive (as disclosed on the website), so we were of course nervous the whole time. It came today, though, and it's perfect. 5 stars for the product, but the lack of updates was frustrating. Would definitely order other jewelry, though.

Ordered an amethyst Engagement ring And it was delivered in just over four weeks. Which is roughly the time frame promised. Ring was great quality and she loved it. They were relatively quick to reply and give updates.

Overall pleased with the experience, save for some disappointment. I requested a specific look for the stone, and initially the customer service person (who apparently is the same person who makes the jewelry?) indicated they would be able to accommodate and would send photos prior to shipping the ring. 3 weeks later, after no photos were sent, they messaged me stating they “forgot” the photos and had already mailed it. The stone ended up being the opposite of what I requested, and I’m upset that I didn’t have a chance to correct this before it was shipped. It seems convenient that they “forgot” when it clearly wasn’t what we’d agreed to. Regardless, it is still a beautiful ring and I’m trying to come to terms with just the stone not being what I was hoping for. It may grow on me yet. If you don’t care about the exact look of the stone, this jeweler is fine enough, but if you want something specific, tread cautiously because they may not follow through with these type of requests.

I purchased an opal bridal set from them. The set was $1700. I additionally purched rush shipping for $50, and rush order building for $130. With rush order it states your ring will be finished in 7-10 days. I recieved the ring 1 month after ordering. The ring was gorgeous when I received it, and the shipping was very fast. I would only suggest not purchasing the rush order, just order the ring in plenty of advanced time and be prepared to wait.

I have had no problems so far with the ring I had ordered. Communication was good and I was able to receive my ring before I needed it. The tracking number I received didn't work when I first tried it, however, before I checked again the ring had already arrived. The ring looks great just like the pictures. Shipping was alittle odd (a different company than I was told delivered the ring) but in the end I got what I needed and am happy for it. Thanks!

Wonderful and beautiful craftsmanship for a great price! Communication was good in the very beginning and only after I contacted them after 3 weeks. That was my only issue. The website said the ring would be done in 3 weeks (don't remember exact number of days) but it was disappointingly longer. However, the communication after the fact was great and I was rarely left unhappy. I would buy again from bbbgem, I'm very satisfied with the end result and my fiance absolutely loves her ring! So, that pretty much trumps everything lol thank you guys!
