Beautiful ring but not exactly what I wanted/ was hoping for. A bit too think and uncomfortable due to the diamond placements. I ordered a custom ring so that it would fit nicely with my engagement ring but it doesn't exactly do that.

Ordered about a month ago, although the ring came in time and looks "mostly" perfect. Paying to rush the order was a waste of money. The ring itself is nice but I can't really tell that the moonstone is a moonstone. It just looks like a hazy diamond. Which isn't what I was looking for. But only time will tell how the ring holds up.

It’s pretty…quality is “meh.” Plated gold and the stone was a bit cloudy. Delivery time was good and deadlines met.

Only complaint is that I purchased the rush order AND express shipping, but the order was not ready in the time frame that was advertised, and the express shipping seemed like it was standard shipping. Do not waste your money on the rush order or express shipping.

Why sending a survey before any services are provided. That makes me worry, I will update after I experience the service.

The time it took to get the ring was reasonable..no complaints there. The ring itself didn't resemble the picture of the ring that encouraged me to purchase it. The ring I received just seemed lack-luster and the stones seemed smaller than expected. I don't want to rate poor, but I almost did. I don't think I'll buy jewelry online again.

This company is not the best for customer service. Their return policy is poor. It says on their website "30 day gaurantee, No questions asked". I asked for a return, first thing they did is ask why...... so dumb. There is a restock fee of about 10%. And you have to ship yourself. If you exhange they told me that there is no returns or exchanges allowed......come on now. Still waiting for exchanged ring. The box the first ring came in was too"business grey" in my opinion. The descriptions of the rings on the site unfortunately have poor grammar and vague descriptions. It mentioned no where that the first ring i ordered was a two ring set.

Rings are great, but shipping times are way to slow. Expect a minimum of 2 weeks for shipping. Definitely should switch to FedEx or UPS. From purchase to arrival it took about 6 weeks.
