This is a con artist. After only 40 days of normal wear on an engagement ring, the gem fell out. This Emi person would not help with fixing the ring. She told me to take it to a local jeweler and have them fix it for me. After a month of back and forth she "said" she would refund the money once I sent the ring back. I have sent it back, with a signature so I know she has it, and has yet to refund me $739. I ABSOLUTELY WARN ALL BUYERS OF THIS CON ARTIST. DO NO BUY.

Hello,
Actually once you placed your order on 10/10, I have started to make the ring for you at the first time. But when your ring was finished and shipped, I am really sorry the ring was lost by the shipping company, I have also provided the tracking number to you too.
when I knew the ring was lost, I apologized to you at the first time and I promise I will make a new ring for you for Free. And you also said you will update this 1 star feedback when you get the new ring.
The new ring has been shipped and I have offered you the tracking number of the new ring too, it has been a long time so I think you have received it, did you get the new ring? If you get it, I sincerely wish you can update this feedback since it is not my fault that the ring got lost and I will never cheat to my customers.
Best regards

Please don't make the same mistake I did.
Please read in full. I fell in love with a moissanite ring from BBBGEM while looking for an engagement ring. My now husband bought the ring in Dec. 2021 and proposed in early 2022. My ring arrived from BBBGEM with a Charles & Colvard warranty card for free repairs or replacements, which I immediately entered into the Charles & Colvard website, and it was accepted. I was very protective of the ring and felt good knowing that we had the warranty just in case.
Then two months before our wedding (March, 2023), I noticed that the center stone, a moissanite, had chipped. I was distraught. I immediately contacted Charles & Colvard about the warranty, and they told us it would be easiest to contact the seller and have them handle the situation. My husband immediately emailed BBBGEM (they don’t have a customer service number - red flag number 1), who’s suggested solution was for us to buy a new moissonite stone from them. No way - we had already spent a lot of money on the ring. Plus at that point, we weren’t totally sure we trusted the quality of their stones given that this other one had just chipped (even with me being so careful with it). We recontacted Charles & Colvard and let them know that BBBGEM wouldn’t help us get it replaced via the warranty, and that we would rather go through them. I had to get the center stone removed from the setting by a local jeweler and shipped it to Charles & Colvard to have it either repaired or replaced. Charles & Colvard contacted me a few days later to let me know that they would be shipping the stone back to me because “Unfortunately, upon inspection of the gemstone, it has been determined that this is not a Charles & Colvard moissanite gemstone. There is an inscription on the girdle of the stone that has not been seen before [stone number]. Our Forever One gemstones (4mm or larger) will be engraved on the girdle of the stone with “Forever One” for DEF colorless and “Forever One NC” for GHI near-colorless. We recommend contacting your place of purchase in regards to your purchase.” I’m so confused and beginning to panic at this point. After speaking with a Charles & Colvard customer service rep, we determine that BBBGEM somehow got ahold off a REAL Charles & Colvard warranty card and sent it out with my ring, passing off the center stone as something it was not, AND that they are not even one of Charles & Colvard’s partner sellers. Now I am distraught, panicked, AND livid. My husband and I email BBBGEM multiple times explaining the situation and asking to speak to someone on the phone. BBBGEM completely ghosted us - we never received a response to any of our emails. In the meantime, I’ve not been able to wear my ring for almost 3 weeks and it’s just over a month until our wedding.
I bring the setting back to my local jewelry store and they are kind enough to order a new stone for me in the same size as the original (5x7mm). I get a call a couple days later and long story short, BBBGEM had put a 5x7mm ring in a setting that was only meant for a 4x6mm ring, leaving it over exposed to bumps and scratches, and at risk of falling out more easily. In short, BBBGEM lied about the center stone’s origins AND sold us a poor quality setting.
In all, not only did I end up having to pay to get the center stone removed from the setting and then shipped to Charles & Colvard, and paid for a whole new center stone, my ring looks different and is different than it was originally due to having a different center stone. It’s not the exact same ring my husband proposed to me with and it never will be. We will never get that opportunity back. I believe as much as anyone that an engagement is way more than a ring, but I’m also very sentimental and feel I have a right to be when it comes to this ring that means so much to me. I will never get my original ring back. The ring I wear will never be same as it was on the day my husband proposed, and I will always be sad about that. BBBGEM put us through so much heartache, and when we figured out what they did and called them out, they essentially put their hands over their ears and pretended not to hear us. What kind of company, especially one that sells engagements rings, would do that to someone?? When it has to do with such a momentous occasion such as getting engaged and married?? I feel cheated, violated, so angry, and so sad. I will certainly never buy from this company again and will do everything I can to alert other couples not to as well. I urge you, please do not make the same mistake we did. Do not buy from BBBGEM. Save yourself the heartache.
P.S. My husband tried to leave a review with our story already, and BBBGEM flagged it as a fake review and got it taken off their site. If that doesn’t tell you what kind of character this company has then I don’t know what will.

WARNING: SCAMMERS
WARNING: THEY ARE SCAMMERS. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I bought an engagement ring for my fiancé. When I bought it, it came with a Charles and Colvard warranty card since that’s apparently who made the stone. Within a year the stone chipped (moissanite) and BBBGem wouldn’t replace anything. We contacted Charles and Colvard and we sent the stone into them and they said that the stone wasn’t even one of theirs and that BBBGem is not even an authorized retailer of their stones. So I wasted over $1,000 on a fake ring, not to mention having to pay to get a new REAL stone from another store, and now, BBBGem has completely ghosted me via email AND their phone number doesn’t work. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS. Avoid the stress and heartache and give your money to a real store that cares.

Poor Quality and Service
I paid for rush service and shipping so I can get the ring before leaving the country to propose and it did not get delivered on time. Then a few months after we got the ring the band snapped and lost a stone. I reached out to see what could be done and they said they can’t do anything. It’s a shame to spend all that money and get a poor quality ring with zero support or customer service.

Gorgeous ring but flawed and strange customer service
First the wrong ring was shipped. Then when I ordered another ring, it lost a stone after a few weeks. BBBGems refused to fix it and sent a bag of stones which also took weeks to get. Repair jeweler stated the ring had a flaw and needed to be remade. Jeweler attempted to reset the stone but it fell out again, several days before my wedding. Never heard from BBBGems again after telling them my ring had a flaw with one of the prongs.

Garbage
I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY! The customer service for this company is horrible, no wonder they don’t have a phone number to call for help. Don’t expect anything to come with papers or appraisal amounts for insuring your purchase. And when asked why about the paper work and appraisal amount they just stop responding to emails.

Dear William Flynn:
Hello, firstly I am so sorry that you can not get the ring on time and I am sorry for bringing you an unhappy shipping experience.
But after you told me you want to cancel your order and get a full refund, I have agreed with your request and I have already given a full refund to you on 2/11 to your own Paypal account. But you said you did not get the refund, so I double-check my Paypal account transfer record and I ensure that I have refunded you on 2/11 I also showed you a screenshot of the refund record to your Paypal account too. But you still said you did not get the refund and you also do not have a Paypal account too. I wonder if you do not have a Paypal account, how can you pay your order on 1/12 with a Paypal account which is named with your own name.
I have managed my own shop for many years and I never cheat my customers, I hope you can double-check your own Paypal account again, if you find the refund, I hope you can update this review.
Best Regards
