Overall pleased with the experience, save for some disappointment. I requested a specific look for the stone, and initially the customer service person (who apparently is the same person who makes the jewelry?) indicated they would be able to accommodate and would send photos prior to shipping the ring. 3 weeks later, after no photos were sent, they messaged me stating they “forgot” the photos and had already mailed it. The stone ended up being the opposite of what I requested, and I’m upset that I didn’t have a chance to correct this before it was shipped. It seems convenient that they “forgot” when it clearly wasn’t what we’d agreed to. Regardless, it is still a beautiful ring and I’m trying to come to terms with just the stone not being what I was hoping for. It may grow on me yet. If you don’t care about the exact look of the stone, this jeweler is fine enough, but if you want something specific, tread cautiously because they may not follow through with these type of requests.

Ordered about a month ago, although the ring came in time and looks "mostly" perfect. Paying to rush the order was a waste of money. The ring itself is nice but I can't really tell that the moonstone is a moonstone. It just looks like a hazy diamond. Which isn't what I was looking for. But only time will tell how the ring holds up.

Third ring I have ordered from Bbbgem and yet again they didn’t disappoint. The ring was out of stock however after a quick email they informed me they could manufacture one in my wife’s size. Delivery was quick (4 days) to the UK and tracked and traced all the way. Brilliant service and fantastic rings!
