Ordered engagement set. The customer service was spot on. I got fast replies to all my questions. I have yet to use the engagement ring, so she hasn't seen it yet. I know she's going to love it!!! It's a beautiful set!

Communication was great on when item was finished and shipped. But now that I want to talk about reimbursement i cant reach anyone. The item is turning my girlfriends finger green. I don't believe it's real gold when they tell you it is real. Very disappointing. Definitely will not use them again. Guess the joke is on me ordering jewelry from a site that doesn't even have a phone number to contact someone, only emails.

My wife loved this ring for her wedding ring. It is more beautiful in-person.
