The written instructions leave something to be desired and we found ourselves needing to speak with Christy. We found her to be, not only helpful, but also patient and thorough. Her explanations were clear and concise.

I thought I had started the purchase process using the chat feature on the Bay Medical website (they even gave me an order number), but my information was never passed on to the live sales department and I had to call back and go through the process again to finalize my purchase.

The associate who helped me was so helpful and took time to explain things to me and helped me set up and test the system. I am so pleased.
