You even called me in Michigan when the power was off at my father's house in Tennessee and you monitored the fact that the main unit was not active and enabled me to follow up ... we feel so secure with your program coverage !! Thank you !

Set up was a breeze and custermer sevice was outstanding. Though we never had an emergency and need to use the service I am confident they would prove invaluable if such a need arises.

My mother has had a bay alarm medical alert for several years. It paid off many times because she fell numerous times and had to use the alarm to get someone to help her up. It worked great for her so we got my mother-in-law an alarm. She does not have the same problem but she lives alone and a couple of times thought she heard someone knocking on her door at night. We got her an alarm and now she feels better knowing if someone comes to her door, she can use her alarm and we will come to her and she doesn't have to leave her room. Therefore, it is more of a security plus medical alert for her. We have been happy with the services for both parents and I would recommend. It works differently for people with different situations.

I made a call to Bay Medical several months ago after a hospital stay . My equipment arrived soon thereafter , my service set up in minutes , and I have tested my service at all times of day . Friendly people have always been there just waiting to help me . I have found customer service to be courteous and friendly while answering all questions , no matter how silly or insignificate they seemed to be .

We needed something that's not digital, affordable and reliable. Bay Area Alarm meets all our needs. Thanks for your excellent service!

not me, you have the wrong person

So far so good, the only problem was that my order arrived without the GPS unit in the order. I contacted customer service and was told it would be expressed out and I'd receive it on Tuesday (this was Friday). On Tuesday I teceivef notice my package had been shipped. The missing part of my order FINALLY arrived on Thursday. This the reason for 4 stars. The system connected easily, however, the fact that my order was incomplete and then arrived several days after it was promised are my only complaints. To Bay Medical's credit they did call me after receiving an email questioning why my order was shipped on the day it was to have arrived. They did answer the test call immediately which was nice.

Both my live-in friend and I have a Bay Medical Alert watch, Now that he has one of his own, I can go worry free to visit my grandchildren.....who live 1400 miles away! On my last trip, I just arrived in Chicago. My daughter called, telling me that Bay Medical had called her. They also called his daughter in Boston. Bay Medical spoke to my friend, who told them he was working in the yard. His watch was accidentally pushed. Tho he did not need medical help, it was good to see how efficiently Bay Medical worked. Now I can keep planning my trips!
