It was great to find an American based company with employees that speak proper English! Thankfully, we have not needed them for an emergency yet. The company does seem to have a problem separating the person being monitored from the person who is paying the bill. I have and will recommend them to friends and family.

Prior to moving to my current address, my husband and I lived at a large Independent Living Senior Complex.Included in the "package" of amenities, was an in-house alarm system much like Bay Alarm Medical. Both my husband and I wore our necklace every day. Due to his failing health, I can not count the number of times it was necessary for us to use the call button for my husband. Just nine months ago, my husband passed away. I am sure I do not have to tell you what a void that has left in my life. For a number of reasons, I could no longer live at that apartment complex. In April, I moved to an independent condominium complex. Here there are no senior amenities provided. I immediately notice the fear I felt without having a personal alarm system on my body. Especially at evening time, when the hallways were so quiet and there was no one to hear any calls for help. The very next thing I did was to review Medical Alarm Systems and research for the "best." Bay Alarm Medical System continually surfaced to the top with a 4+ or 5 star rating. I was very impressed with customer personal comments. I ordered it immediately and received it in the same manner. I was directed with set-up (easily done) and was quite happy. On one particular day, I accidentally "tripped" the button on my necklace. An operator from Bay Alarm Medical immediately responded by calling out my personal name, asking if I had an emergency. I was embarrassed to tell her what had happened, but very relieved as to the immediate, personal response I received. Had this not been my error, I felt quite assured that should I ever have need for Bay Alarm Medical's Help, they will be right here.

We have been very pleased with Bay Alarm. We've not had to use the service so far, thank goodness! When testing the system, the staff is very kind and professional. My mom's phone service goes out more than it should, which sets the system off. At her age, it's scary to hear the alarm continually go off. The staff took the time to explain to my mother how to reset it, and they were clear enough that she was able to write down the instructions for future reference.

Bay Alarm has given my family great peace of mind! My in laws who are in their late 80's are at home alone most of the time and now I know that help is only a touch button away. My mom wears the pendant and we now don't worry as much as we did. Thanks so much. Melanie

I purchased this for my grandma so I am only speaking from the investigating and ordering then on my grandma's initial opinions. I was immediately contacted by one of their sales specs who was very friendly. They were great with communication and not pushy as they understood that I was looking at every company. The online ordering was nice, as I do not like anything that requires ordering by phone. The process as quick and easy and price provided the most value. My grandma said when she received it, she liked that it was simple and not as complicated of a UI as other options. It was set up and tested right away. She did say she wished there was an info packet that was easy to read because she was unsure about some of the capabilities. Another big plus was having a great local company that keeps everything local.

I have only had Bay Alarm Medical for 4 weeks but as soon as I received it and my son in law set it up for me, I felt so good to know I had :"help" as close as the button on the necklace or on my bracelet. It is hard to be alone in your 80's and lose your mate of 62 years but I am thankful for the alert system you have and I have already told others about it...

I use Bay Alarm for my 83 year old mother. She still lives independently and Bay Alarm gives me the peace of mind to allow that to continue. She has had a few falls and each time Bay Alarm has called medical personnel and notified me as well. I trust Bay Alarm to notify me of a fall within minutes of it occurring, that makes all the difference in the world to me and my mother. One of the falls was cause by a stroke and her getting medical help quickly made a significant difference in her life. I would not trust my mother to another alarm company.

Bay alarm provides reliable service that gives our family peace of mind knowing if anything happens someone is on the line quickly to help. Having an elderly person or anyone who lives alone supported by this service is a good feeling.
