Had a bit of equipment problem that was traced to a defect in the telephone cord. The technical support was most courteous and performed a programing check by instructing me how to initiate check. The system was working at the end of the encounter but technician sent a new telephone line to replace the one delivered in the box. It works very well.

I've only had the system a few weeks and thank god I have not had to use it except for the testing procedure. While testing the representatives were fast to respond and very kind. They spoke loud and clear.

Mother was opening a jar and she heard a voice say "Lorraine" are you Ok? (Father had passed away a few months prior and she had been thinking of him; so she first thought he was connecting with her.) Quickly, as the Bay Alert representative continued, she realized the voice was coming from the unit and that she had activated it opening the jar. Funny, yes!! But comforting too knowing its that easy for her to get help if needed!😆

Fortunately my mother has not needed to use this system yet, but, she has hit the alert button by accident a few times! And each time, there was a response within seconds! I feel so secure knowing this system is in place when I'm not home with her and totally recommend and trust Bay Alarm!

On numerous occasions my husband, age 91, has accidentally set off his medical alert bracelet and I as his wife have had to deal with the result of that. Each and every time the voice on the other end was caring, patient, and kind. This meant the world to me when I was really SCARED some- thing had happend to him and I would find him dead from a fatal heart attack. Bay Alarm Medical has obviously put a lot of thought into the people they hire for they can make this difference between life and death. Being calm sets the tone for how a patient's family member reacts when that person is a.ready filled with dread. I commend this company and will always be grateful to our daughter who researched the best companies and found Bay Alarm Medical to be the BEST. It is absolutely true. When I first got the service, I pushed the button by mistake a couple of times. The lady was very polite as I explained I was alright.

I got this for my mother after my father passed away and she fell, it works great, she accidentally set it off but it was a great test they called everyone on the list, made sure we all knew they called an ambulance , it is nice to know it works it is a great comfort

My mom was getting unsteady on her feet even with a cane and had fallen several times. We made the decision to go with Bay Alarm because they were very friendly on the phone helping us decide what we really needed for my mom. They made it personal to them too and so we felt confident going with Bay Alarm. They turned out to be very dependable and we had the peace of mind we needed. My mom was also relieved to have Bay Alarrm. My mom passed away two weeks ago due to cancer so we don't need Bay Alarm right now but I would recommend this company in the future to anyway wanting peace of mind for their loved ones.
