The SOS micro is easy to communicate with
The SOS micro is easy to charge/recharge, and upon testing the SOS button for the first time, I found the AVA (automatic virtual assistant) voice was loud enough to hear easily, and it connected me to a dispatcher quickly on request. It and the dispatcher knew who I was without my having to identify myself. It was easy to hear the dispatcher, too (I am slightly hard-of-hearing) and she was very polite when I said it was just a test. As for the website, it was mostly easy to fill in the necessary contact info except when I got to my emergency contact person- I could not get a phone number to go into the space for it. (I called cust svc. and they put it in for me) Also, where you enter locations of lockboxes, etc. it would be better if you could put in more than 50 characters in the provided space. How about 100? Anyway, I am wearing the device as a watch because I have a pacemaker. It is comfortable and lightweight.
