I have had Bay Alarm as my emergency service for MANY years! This weekend my system had a problem connecting to the center, although they received my alarm & called me to see if I needed help. Today Jason called me & solved the problem in about 5 minutes. I tested the system & it worked great again! I highly recommend Bay Alarm especially if you live alone to be your emergency contact service.

Natasha was very helpful. I needed a lot of basic information. I asked her a lot of questions & she patiently answered them all. She was very good about explaining how the system worked, giving me a very basic understanding. She helped me get everything set up and running. I was so grateful she brought up things I didn’t know I needed to know or complete. My second call was with Christy. Christy was even more helpful. She showed great empathy in helping me understand how difficult & overwhelming it can be in the very beginning when starting to use the device and assuring me that it gets easier as one adjusts to using it. She explained exactly what to expect in the event of an emergency, what happens when the button is pushed, and when 911 is notified when the person asks for help, or what calls are made if the person can’t speak.

Shane helped me with my cousin Kathleen and her alarm box issue. We have to replace it because supposedly you no longer deal with Spectrum landline service.

I feel very confident using Bay Alarm Medical for our emergency needs. They are very efficient and on top of everything. In fact, sometimes they need to remind me of things. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jason at Bay Alarm today during a phone call, and he put my mind at ease for everything. I would have to say that they have definitely improved in their abilities and Customer Service, as we have had it for several years now, and we did not feel so confident in the beginning.

Austin was very helpful and polite.

Vana was very patient, kind and concerned about my issue with my equipment. She helped me to reboot and reset it to resolve the problem. She also made some adjustments to my account, so that the EMT’s don’t come to my house when my battery gets low. Now if I set it off accidentally, I will get a live person to speak to. Thank you Vana!
