Excellent service. My mom had an episode of BPPV, pressed the button, Bay Alarm Medical sent someone out right away.

Via chat I was told my DSL service was compatible with your SOS Home Landline. Now customer service via phone tells me it is not. Hooking up system to my DSL confirms the phone conversation. I should not have to pay for return shipping for something I never would have ordered if it was incompatible with my DSL service.

Bay Alarm has been on top of their game, contacting family when mother has fallen and requested assistance. The device she wore around her neck was small enough that she did not mind wearing it and it was the best option for her. She did utilize this device and preferred this device over one she previously had from Life Alert which she found too bulky and left off mostly. Thank you and I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of assistance.

Multiple items were brought to My attention that I didn’t even know needed to be done- issues were brought to my attention and resolved without any further stress. Very detailed and thoughtful with the entire process. I just wish I had this kind of customer support from every company! Everyone is always so so so considerate and kind. Very easy to understand!
