Efficient and polite

The Phone app does not work properly. You cannot access the GPS tracking and it will not show the proper battery life. You can see an accurate status of the device if you go to Bay Alarm web site. Yet this is not always convenient. until they resolve the issue, they should discount the monthly subscription by at least $10/mo.

The gentleman was so patient with all of my questions, and he even had follow up questions for me to be sure I really understood the features on the alarm. Bedside/manner is HUGE!
