The representative I spoke with, I deeply apologize I don't remember her name, was very knowledgeable and led me through the steps to process my request which made it very easy. She has a kind and gentle voice.

We are new to the company but setup was easy. The staff who respond to the "HELP"buttons are very nice and understanding of the testing process! The customer service representatives, specifically Elizabeth and Asa, are so nice and willing to help with my online edits.

The determination of the failed unit was problematic but opted for a replacement to be on the safe side. Has BAM considered a business model where the monthly fee covers the cost of a replacement unit when needed (not when lost)?

Jazzman very nice. I told her my watch band had come loose from watch and I asked how to fix it. She said to get a new watch for $150 plus Warrantee .I am going to my jeweler and see if he can fix it. I have had this watch for less than a year and this did not seem right.
