I selected Bay Alarm Medical for my elderly father a couple years ago for having the highest Consumer Reports rating but also for meeting all of my criteria when comparing the top 5. We recently changed out the device after a cellular connectivity issue but I still had concerns, eventually being escalated to a senior representative who went above and beyond my exceedingly high expectations to troubleshoot until I felt comfortable. It’s such a pleasure working with a company that places such a high value on customer service.

I got an email this morning telling me that there might br something wrong with my alert.

My customer service representative was very friendly and made my transaction for cancellation smooth

The service provider was great and answered all questions relating to your notice of low battery and possible problems.

I spoke w several people asking for help io activate my new button, They disappeared. Finally I was about to find a new alarm system , I tried once more, and the gentleman who assisted me stayed on the line until my new button was activated. He was helpful and knew just what to do. I am grateful to him.
