Great company Affordable with great customer service!

Jasmine is wonderful. She helped me shower although it wasn’t planned. She came and just understood what I needed!

The representative was easy to work with, explained why we are having a problem, offered suggestions, and was able to resolve through swapping out the console with a new one that would connect to AT&T in lieu of Verizon, Very helpful and understanding!

It was great. I was given clear information and slowly and thoroughly. All my questions were answered, even when I asked twice. This is my second account with Bay Alarm. I will continue to always use Bay Alarm. They have the best customer service group in the business! I have used 4 other med alert companies in the past.

Understood my concern, Investigated the problem, solved the problem, and was easy to work with.

I Just ordered the system for my dad and all I can say thus far, is that the customer service is wonderful. Every acct representative and customer service help was super attentive, patient and professional. Maura K.
