Vey helpful!

They seem efficient and responsive. We did have an issue where they contacted the client's emergency contact and 911 for no apparent reason and so we called them to report this false alarm incident, and they researched it and called us back to apologize and that it was a "slip of the finger" by one of their operators and that this rarely happens and they have documented it so that it hopefully won't happen again. We appreciated how receptive they were to our feedback and also that the emergency response does work. We then called back to update her emergency phone numbers on file and our call was handled efficiently and accurately.

The representative was professional and helpful in giving directions to solve my situation. Her name was Sammy.
