This was my fourth call trying to add warranty to my new device. Each person I spoke with was knowledgeable and courteous. But only Jason, the fourth person, made sure that I had everything that I needed. He did a great job and is a good representative of Bay Medical Alarm.

Fall Alert detection device only works intermittently. I purchased for my 82 mother who had a major stroke. The Fall Alert device needed to be reset 4 times in 45 days. She fell twice during that time without the device activating to call for help. Fortunately, neither fall was injurious but my peace of mind and my faith in Bay Alarm Medical has disappeared. I cancelled their service.

Product Review: The sales representative Chabli was fantastic in communication of the product without giving a hard sales pitch. She took the time to listen and understand my particular customer needs. Her overall tone and communication style was friendly yet professional and made me comfortable and my spouse also felt comfortable speaking to her. We received details about costs and how the items worked which was helpful even after reading the website. We still need humans to answer human questions. We are looking forward to receiving our product.
