Answered questions with reasonable answers. The Cell towers in the area were the issue (not strong signal) and out of Bay Alarm’s control. Still have coverage to certain extent and that better than nothing!

The process of renewing my equipment after 5 years and ordering the replacements was smooth and very easy. My helper was named Histy and she was patient, polite and efficient.

It fine until you have to cancel. My father went into hospice and I called to cancel. You cannot cancel until they get the device back. My father was non verbal and could not cancel himself. Done with this company

The people are nice. I like that there is not a contract. I've had the item for less than a month. There are some drawbacks: The device needs to be charged every day-and-a-half to two days. Also, I opted for the pendant because, according to the sales associate, it is water resistant and the available wrist devices are not. The problem is, the lanyard retains water so I can still cannot use the device in the shower unless I want to wear a wet lanyard afterward. Sometimes when I'm sitting quietly reading or doing other close-work, the device, for no reason whatsoever, will announce "fall detected." Additionally, the light flashes intermittently - I had to find an deep opaque dish to set the device in on the nightstand at bedtime else the flashing interrupts sleep.

Mary was very helpful and considerate. Willing to make changes when needed.
