BaselaneReviews of baselane.com

Baselane has been great for me. I was struggling to find a platform and approach for accounting and bookkeeping. I either had to pay someone or figure out all the advanced features of other software. Baselane helped bring together all of my activities in one (bookkeeping for short-term rental, long-term rental, rent collection, and banking) and has significantly improved things for me! New features that are being released make things even better and I am excited to continue using Baselane.

Easy to charge rent and collect while using their banking and bookkeeping abilities to handle taxes, multiple entities and security deposit/reserve accounts with ease. Best software for a small landlords to take care of everything.

I’ve been using Baselane for almost 4 years now and transitioned from manually tracking income and expenses in Excel. It’s really been a game changer for me in automating the mundane tasks of being a landlord like rent collection for example. I highly recommend Baselane for folks with small and large portfolios alike!

I've been using Baselane for over a year now to manage multiple properties and its so convenient to combine property management, bookkeeping, and banking all in the same platform. It really seems to be the best value on the market given there is no subscription, licensing, or sign up fee.

With some issues that I had come across after giving feedback I did get a positive response from their office that those concerns will be looked into for a better experience going forward.

First online company that I have dealt with that responds to all emails in a very timely manner, plus they actually called me on their own yes they called me, to help resolve a problem.

I develop and manage over 100 units in northern New Jersey I started off using with rentmanager I migrated to AppFolio The quickness and the simplestic features and Baselane make my job so much more easy, starting off with opening bank accounts to transfer money to pay vendors most of all to keep track of all of that all in one place I don't have to migrate to QuickBooks or other such softwares it's been such a difference Special thank you for the founders of Baselsne for making this wonderful product

If you're new to real estate investment, I would recommend you think twice about creating an account with Baselane. Their customer service is lacking at best. The thought of online banking can be appealing until something goes wrong and you have to deal with automated bots as they they don't have live customer service reps. They will just do what they want to do and they won't explains any of their decisions. If you want a bank that will treat you like a real, valued customer and not a random account number, then look elsewhere for your business banking needs.
