LOVE Baselane, it has many useful features and is all FREE!

Baselane has been great for managing my rental units so far. You can house any lease agreements here, collect rent through here, and have different accounts set up for each unit you have. They are consistently adding new features and I’m excited to see the new developments as they continue to grow.

From customer support to the overall community, Baselane has been awesome! It has become a one stop shop for banking and expense tracking for me. It's very user friendly and easy to navigate.

I've been using Baselane for over a year, for all of my banking and accounting in my midterm rental business. I love that I can do banking and accounting in one step, in one account. I have also used the rent collection feature, which simplifies the process even further. With the number of transactions in my business for each property, a solution like Baselane is a must.

I don't even know where to start!! But I will say this that Zahraa AND Her Team, are hands down the freaking Truth. Zahraa was able to help me transition out of my account due to my leaving the company. She's Extremely Kind and almost unhumanely sweet due to her understanding and patience with my situation. All I can say is I wish she worked for me. ( So Serious!! You're always welcome over here, Zahraa. I have been using Baselane for almost a year now and my only regret is not finding it sooner! I utilize it primarily for the banking and bookkeeping features. Before Baselane, I used a bank where opening biz accounts was complicated. I was also tracking expenses manually on spreadsheets, which took a lot of time and left room for human error. Baselane has streamlined my processes, improved my money management, and overall decreased the time I need to spend on managing my rental portfolio.

Been with Baselane for over 2 years and the experience has been great. The ability to automate rent collection, late fee processing, and most of the work needed for tax prep has been a game changer for me. They are constantly working to improve the features and functionality of the platform which is great too.
