BaselaneReviews of baselane.com

I've had the pleasure of working one-on-one with Larissa and it has been a true pleasure. It is a true pleasure to reach a human being that speaks the same language as I do and has hands on extensive experience with the program and how to navigate someone through it. I don't think I've received this level of superb customer service at any other business... ever! The program itself is easy to navigate and offers a lot of opportunities to use the program at different levels. Overall so far I couldn't be happier. It has been a true pleasure to use this program.

Baselane has been an excellent rent collection tool and their support has been very responsive when I’ve needed them.

Love the minimalist style and simplicity of it all, just what I was looking for, and needed.

I really want this company to succeed, but their customer service is pretty horrible. They do have an 800 number that states they are open from 9 to 4. Not true. When I call during that time, they don't answer their phone, so it's pointless. I've been trying to open up a bank account for days and everybody involved has been extremely incompetent. What makes it more frustrating is that you can't talk to a human being. So you go back and forth over and over again with emails, and as of today, it's still not resolved.

I called twice to ask help, one is changing legal address and another one is payment problem. Both were resolved successfully. And the customer service people were very friendly and helpful. Hope this company continue to do well for customers and its business.

Larissa was Responsive and provided outstanding service. I was having serious issues in beginning speaking to someone and she went out of her way and texted me and assisted after your posted hours ... Thank you so much Rod

This bank really helps organize rental ownership and land lording. Super easy to use. Highly recommend

Discovering Baselane for my short term rentals has been one of the most helpful tools in our real estate system. I cannot imagine going back to a standard general bank account. The specifically oriented format for real estate offers so many benefits and offers single click transparency for our cashflow and segmenting of expenses. Every detail is meticulous - this is far from Beta. In fact, our old bank portal, which has been around for decades, seems like a dinosaur compared to Baselane. And having the decent interest paid on balances is a bonus. Migration was easy as well. I opened my Baselane account in late November planning on funding January 1st. It automatically, via plaid, brought over historical transactions so there was no hiccups between closing out my old account and transitioning over to Baselane. And their customer service is 5-star. I've contacted them about 3x's since opening with quick and thorough answers within minutes. I do not think that there is another banking institution like Baselane. If you have rental real estate, I highly recommend that you at least test it out - you won't look back.
